About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to support an upcoming Defense Health Agency (DHA) Facilities Enterprise (FE) Planning and Policy Support program. The Senior Analyst will provide high-level analytical, planning, and policy support associated with military medical facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting the Military Health System (MHS), DHA, or other DoD medical facility programs involving strategic planning, facility requirements, design, construction, and policy development. This is a key personnel position supporting a federal proposal with an anticipated start date of September 30, 2026.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Healthcare Administration/Management, or Business Management with a healthcare concentration.
• 15+ years of experience in military medical facilities involving strategic planning, requirements planning, design, and construction.
• Experience with on-site military medical construction management.
• At least 5 years of experience writing and/or editing facility-related policy documents for the Department of Defense (DoD), Military Departments, or Defense Health Agency (DHA).
• Must be a current U.S. citizen.
• Must be capable of meeting Government suitability and installation/network access requirements.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC), as required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Military Health System and DHA Facilities Enterprise is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level analytical, planning, and policy support associated with military medical facilities.
• Support strategic planning initiatives and leadership priorities.
• Support business process improvement efforts.
• Review large amounts of technical information and develop concise updates for senior leadership.
