About The Position

The Senior Analyst, Demand Chain Product serves as a strategic product leader responsible for advancing the vision, performance, and evolution of key Demand Chain systems. The role combines product management, business analysis, and technology strategy to drive implementations, optimize existing capabilities, and shape long-term product direction. The analyst partners with IT, business owners, and enterprise architecture to ensure Demand Chain products deliver scalable, reliable, and high-value outcomes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or four-year degree.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
In-depth knowledge of Demand Chain products such as Oracle OMS, Oracle Inventory Management, Blue Yonder, and Manhattan WMS.
Project management knowledge.
Knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Project, and Smart Sheets.

Responsibilities

Own product management for multiple Demand Chain products, including implementations, integrations, enhancements, and defect remediation.
Develop executive-ready strategic narratives explaining product direction, investment needs, risks, and business impact.
Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends for opportunities in innovation, scalability, modernization, and competitive advantage.
Represent Demand Chain product requirements in enterprise architecture decisions, including platform selection, integration strategy, and data governance.
Lead development of detailed system requirements and testing, including product documentation, test plans, and user acceptance testing.
Create implementation and rollout plans to support smooth deployment, adoption, and operational readiness.
Support long-term system strategy for Demand Chain products and align it with enterprise goals and cross-functional priorities.
Act as a liaison between IT leadership and Demand Chain business owners to promote clarity, alignment, and timely decisions.
Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues to maintain project momentum and product stability.
Develop and manage project budgets, product backlogs, and technical documentation to support transparency, prioritization, and effective resource allocation.
