About The Position

The purpose of this role is to deliver analysis inline with client business objectives, goals, and to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets. This role involves working on and contributing to a variety of validation activities such as model design, execution, assessment, data review and campaign/marketing performance evaluation. The analyst will utilize statistical and digital analytics tools, conduct time-series forecasting, perform quantitative marketing analyses, and build XG Boost or Machine Learning models to segment customer populations. They will also develop, write, and present strategic marketing analytics recommendations and projects, and create Tableau or Looker dashboards by identifying key KPIs. The role requires developing simple PowerPoint presentations with key findings to tell a story with actionable recommendations for the client.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a master's degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related quantitative field, and at least 1-2 years of experience as an analyst/Sr. Analyst or related occupation.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with R, Python, Pyspark, SQL, Advance Excel, multi-variate statistics, logistic regression, and multiple regression.
  • Proficiency in Adobe analytics, Google analytics, and DMP insight tools and statistical techniques including regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, and factor analysis.
  • Experience in XG Boost Modeling techniques, Machine Learning Models and experience in model building is a must.
  • Proficiency in developing simple PowerPoint presentations to tell the story from data.
  • At least 1-2 years of developing, testing, and evaluating marketing analytics tools.
  • At least 1-2 of developing reporting and dashboards to evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations for enhancement.
  • At least 1 year of experience and proficiency in Data Visualization Tools like Tableau, Looker Studio and Power BI.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience using multi-variate data mining techniques on unstructured business problem.

  • Experience in Marketing Analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Work on and contribute to a variety of validation activities such as model design, execution, assessment, data review and campaign/marketing performance evaluation.
  • Utilize statistical and digital analytics tools including Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Micro strategy, Adobe analytics, Google analytics, and DMP insight tools and statistical techniques including regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, and factor analysis.
  • Conduct time-series forecasting to drive and execute data analysis and manage timely delivery of marketing data/reporting and analytics insights in support of marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct quantitative marketing analyses of marketing effectiveness and build XG Boost or Machine Learning models to segment customer population.
  • Generate and manipulate digital data using systems and processes including media type web, ad, email, and mobile.
  • Develop, write, and present a variety of strategic marketing analytics recommendations and projects including customer profiling, lifecycle analysis, campaign test design, dashboard reporting, and customer segmentation.
  • Use the findings in the data to tell a story with actionable recommendations for the client.
  • Develop Tableau Or Looker dashboards by identifying key KPIs.
  • Develop simple PowerPoint presentations with key findings.
