The Senior Analyst will take on a hands-on role within the Controller’s organization, working across accounting, business processes, data, and technology through a structured rotational program designed to provide broad exposure to key Controllership and Corporate Finance functions. In this role, the Senior Analyst will support essential controllership activities—including month-end close, accruals, payables, payroll, receivables, and financial reporting—with a focus on gaining a strong foundation in how these processes operate, while contributing to efforts that improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. The position will also assist in the ownership and improvement of finance systems and processes. This includes helping translate accounting and reporting requirements into effective workflows, data solutions, ERP capabilities, and automation opportunities. Working across Finance, Operating Sites, Value Services (AP/Billing/Payroll/SAP Data), and IT, the Analyst contributes to delivering reliable financial information, supporting system implementations, strengthening controls, and generating value from technology investments. Ideal candidates bring a broad foundation in accounting and/or finance gained in a corporate environment, along with motivation to expand their skills across multiple areas. Experience with SAP/ERP financial systems is beneficial, and a strong desire to learn, take initiative, and build a diverse and progressive skillset is essential. Experience in the utilities sector, as well as advanced degrees or certifications, are a plus. This role sits at our Corporate HQ in White Plains, NY, and up to 25% travel is expected, primarily to collaborate with our Operating Sites at various locations within New York State.
