About The Position

We have an opportunity for a Senior Analyst, Consolidations and Financial Reporting to join our team. In this role, you will support the completion of monthly and quarterly consolidation tasks across Catalent’s global sites. You will assist in preparing financial statements, managing intercompany activities, and supporting foreign currency translation. This position offers the chance to work closely with site finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Minimum four years of progressive experience in accounting and/or financial reporting, including Big 4/public accounting or industry experience.
Strong understanding of US GAAP/IFRS and consolidation principles.
Experience with multi-entity, global consolidation.
Familiarity with tools such as Hyperion (HFM), OneStream, SAP BPC, Oracle FCCS, or similar (OneStream highly desired).

Nice To Haves

Experience in a public company environment or with SEC reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist in the completion of monthly and quarterly consolidation tasks of Catalent’s 45+ global sites in OneStream, including preparing and managing top side journal entries.
Assist in financial reporting tasks relating to the preparation and reporting of quarterly and annual financial statements internally, to banks, and other investors.
Support in preparing the consolidated property, plant, and equipment roll forward.
Perform intercompany review and validation, including intercompany eliminations, mismatches, settlement activity, and aging items.
Support foreign currency translation and CTA analysis, including review of FX rates, translation impacts, and related consolidation adjustments.
Review subsidiary submissions for completeness and accuracy, including validation of reporting packages, supplemental schedules, and required certifications.
Partner with site finance teams to resolve reporting issues, improve data quality, and ensure timely close submissions.
