Collaborate with HR to support compensation planning, analytics, reporting, and system administration. This role maintains core Compensation Senior Analyst responsibilities while serving as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for compensation systems, analytics, and market data. Conduct job analysis and job evaluation to maintain and update company wide job descriptions. Provide insights across multiple facets of compensation, including market pricing, incentive support, reporting automation, systems configuration, and process optimization.
