About The Position

Lead and implement the Sales Excellence strategy for the Modern Trade channel, ensuring best-in-class execution at the point of sale, continuous improvement of commercial processes, and sustainable business growth through excellence standards, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, sales excellence, or similar positions within top FMCG companies in Spain (Nestlé, Danone, Unilever, P&G, Reckitt, or similar).
• Strong experience in the Modern Trade channel (large retail chains, supermarkets, organized retailers).
• Deep understanding of point-of-sale execution and the FMCG commercial model.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience in project management and organizational change.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work across multidisciplinary teams.
• Structured profile, results-oriented, with a continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement the Sales Excellence framework for the Modern Trade channel (execution standards, KPIs, best practices).
• Ensure excellence in in-store execution: assortment, planograms, pricing, promotions, visibility, and availability.
• Define and track key commercial and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
• Lead continuous improvement projects by identifying opportunities to optimize commercial and execution processes.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, CS&E, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
• Analyze market data, sell-out performance, and shopper insights to support decision-making.
