Requirements

  • Proven self-starter who can independently handle client onboarding, communication, and deliverables without heavy oversight—critical for a role that’s all about high-touch client success and relationship-driven finance leadership.
  • Preference for candidates with Big Four or professional services experience who bring solid accounting fundamentals and can confidently engage with CFOs and controllers, blending technical chops with advisory skills.
  • Comfortable and eager to leverage AI and automation technologies to boost efficiency and evolve client delivery processes—key in a fast-moving, tech-forward finance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the go-to finance lead for assigned clients, handling onboarding, ongoing communication, and deliverable timelines with full ownership.
  • Synthesize data across multiple systems to pinpoint key performance drivers and uncover improvement opportunities, delivering insights that influence leadership decisions.
  • Take charge of project updates, risk flags, and strategic recommendations proactively, ensuring seamless delivery and quick issue resolution without waiting for prompts.
  • Drive efficiency by streamlining analytical workflows and data pipelines using AI and modern tech, scaling operations smartly.
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, and development teams to craft AI-powered solutions, bolster client success, and enhance platform capabilities.
