Learn more at www.circana.com. Role Overview As an analyst supporting Foodservice industry clients, you will build consultative relationships with restaurant operators. Your focus will be on strengthening business partnerships, driving client satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding revenue goals by delivering actionable industry insights that help clients develop and execute their strategic plans. This role requires being onsite with the client, alongside team members, up to two days per week in downtown Chicago.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • 2+ years of experience using data and analysis to deliver client value
  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work across multiple data sets and reporting tools
  • Strong interpersonal skills and client-focused mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills; confident presenting to groups
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy (critical for reporting)
  • Foodservice or CPG experience is preferred, not required
  • Comfortable with client interaction and collaborative work

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Circana data tools (a plus)
  • Preferred skills: Python, Qualtrics, or similar tools to improve reporting efficiency

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by sharing analyses, answering questions, and training clients to increase adoption of Circana’s data solutions
  • Partner with account leads and cross-functional teams to support solution delivery
  • Understand client strategies and challenges, present insights at meetings
  • Analyze Circana’s proprietary data to identify and share meaningful trends
  • Lead reporting processes (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end) and deliver “key insights” presentations
  • Support manager with ad hoc and strategic analyses
  • Act as a client-facing resource, working closely with the client’s insights team
