Later is hiring a Senior Analyst to help its largest Enterprise Brand customers understand how their influencer campaigns performed and why. The role owns account-level reporting and analysis, translating creator, content, audience, platform, and campaign data into insights about the creative themes, formats, and creator attributes that drive results. The analyst turns findings into actionable recommendations that strengthen future influencer strategy and demonstrate Later’s impact, supporting customer renewals and expansion. Working closely with Client Success, Services, and Sales, the Senior Analyst brings insights to clients through performance narratives and executive-level presentations. The position also contributes to the evolution of Later’s Analytics capability by finding patterns across campaigns and developing repeatable frameworks, best practices, and assets to improve insight delivery across the client portfolio. The role involves regular exposure to client teams and Later’s senior leadership. The position builds and maintains data models with dbt and BigQuery, creates reusable data assets and standardized metric definitions, implements data quality checks, and works with data engineering and product teams to improve pipelines feeding client-facing dashboards. Success includes taking ownership of assigned Enterprise Brand accounts’ reporting and presenting independently within 90 days, becoming a trusted analytics partner for renewal and expansion discussions within six months, and developing a scalable standardized reporting framework within 12 months.
