About The Position

Develops, promotes, manages and supports daily card production, inventory planning, fulfillment, and vendor coordination for payment cards and related collateral. Working with internal teams and third-party partners, the role uses data, performance metrics, and industry knowledge to improve service delivery, optimize inventory strategies, strengthen controls, and contribute to long-term planning and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in forecasting, inventory management, banking operations, payments, third-party service coordination, manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of card manufacturing, personalization, fulfillment, inventory planning, print operations, or card operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret operational, inventory, financial, SLA, and risk data.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, dashboards, reporting, and forecasting models.
  • Experience with forecasting, demand planning, scenario analysis, inventory optimization, and long-range planning.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar tools to build reports, visualize trends, and monitor performance.
  • Experience coordinating third-party governance, performance monitoring, operational controls, issue tracking, and escalations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, relationship management, and influencing skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of payments, card operations, TSYS, G+D, card issuance platforms, or related processes is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor daily card production, personalization, collateral printing, inventory, and fulfillment activities to ensure service levels, quality standards, and timelines are met.
  • Oversee and manage inventory for card plastics, chip modules, chip milling/embedding, and collateral for credit and debit card production and fulfillment; prepare projections and forecasts for dailies and reissues to ensure materials are ordered accurately and on time.
  • Analyze production volumes, inventory levels, forecast variances, order trends, and service results to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
  • Track external partners performance using key measures such as output, on-time delivery, order accuracy, defects, backlog, capacity, and SLA adherence.
  • Support third-party governance routines, including performance reviews, issue tracking, risk assessments, corrective actions, and escalations.
  • Maintain vendor documentation, risk registers, issue logs, audit evidence, control records, inventory validation records, invoice audit materials, and DRP materials to support governance, compliance, and operational readiness.
  • Prepare dashboards, scorecards, forecasts, and recurring reports to help drive planning, performance monitoring, and management decision-making.
  • Work with internal teams and external service providers to resolve production, inventory, fulfillment, reporting, and service issues.
  • Support the Card Operations budget by reviewing contracts, service schedules, pricing, invoices, accruals, and cost centers for card plastics, collateral, and related services to support financial accuracy, compliance, and cost control.
  • Provide subject matter guidance on card production, inventory practices, service provider arrangements, and third-party governance processes.
  • Contribute to initiatives that improve service delivery, third-party partner performance, inventory planning, risk management, operational efficiency, and alignment with the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture.
