The Asset Protection Omni-Fraud, Investigations, and Risk Mitigation team helps protect Sam's Club's eCommerce business by identifying and addressing fraud across online orders, payment activity, chargebacks, and returns. The team partners with internal business stakeholders and financial institutions to investigate suspicious activity, reduce financial losses, and support a safe and trusted member experience. Through data-driven decision making and fraud investigations, the team plays a direct role in protecting revenue and improving business performance. In this role you will report to the Senior Manager Investigations and Risk Mitigation. You will Investigate matters having significant financial, integrity, environmental, legal, and public interest impact on the Company. Develop reports and tools to identify and evaluate internal and external theft cases. Act in an advisory role to Asset Protection team.
