About The Position

We are seeking a strong candidate with experience and passion for marketing to fill a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage role within the Marketing, Sales, and Pricing Practice, focused on marketing strategy and transformation across B2B and B2C client contexts. As a Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage within the MSP Practice Area, you will partner with BCG project teams and contribute directly to BCG client work. The position will work closely with BCG client teams to run diagnostics as well as to design, monitor, and optimize large marketing transformation programs. You will also help assess client capabilities based on both quantitative and qualitative observations, and work with BCG client teams to develop capabilities that drive client performance, including dashboarding and data visualization. The Senior Analyst - BCG Vantage will leverage their analytics and marketing toolkit and his/her/their expertise to support project proposals (e.g. outside-in observations, competitive benchmarking, survey fielding, etc.) as well as client case work. You will also contribute to business development efforts and support the Marketing topic by creating and maintaining best-in-class intellectual property and knowledge that supports and advances the Marketing topic and sub-topics. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions. Successful candidates will possess strong marketing and analytical capabilities, strong collaborative and execution capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills both to expert and non-expert audiences, a practical and flexible mindset, and high attention to detail and work quality. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced Degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement. Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Analytics, or another relevant field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of industry and/or 2-3+ years of consulting professional work experience
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience at a consulting firm and/or marketing agency strongly preferred
  • Experience with marketing analytics, customer data, digital marketing, CRM, marketing technology, or related tools and platforms is a plus
  • Flexible, self-motivated, and proactive out-of-the-box and critical thinker
