  • Proficiency with at least one data visualization tool (Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, Power BI, or similar)
  • Experience with Workday report writing, including custom reports, calculated fields, and report security configurations
  • Experience building comprehensive self-service dashboards and reports using disparate data sources

Nice To Haves

  • 6+ years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or statistical analyst role
  • Experience with AWS analytical services (e.g., QuickSight, Redshift, Data Pipeline, EMR)
  • Previous experience working in or with Human Resources and people data
  • Experience with survey design, A/B testing, experimental methods, or advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression, survival analysis, cluster analysis)
  • Experience integrating generative AI and machine learning tools into analytics workflows to drive scalability and efficiency
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate business questions into analytical requirements across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to deliver independently in ambiguous, high-growth environments while building trust with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Project management experience with multiple stakeholders across competing timelines
  • Customer orientation with consultative skills and a strong aptitude for proactively identifying needs and defining solutions

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development of KPIs, deep-dive analyses, and scalable self-service reporting solutions that measure the effectiveness of talent programs and inform organizational strategy
  • Design, build, and maintain Workday custom reports and optimized SQL data models to support reliable, repeatable people data reporting across the organization
  • Proactively monitor key performance metrics, surface risks and opportunities to senior leadership, and leverage statistical modeling, survey design, and experimentation methods when deeper investigation is needed
  • Champion the adoption of AI and generative AI tools across the analytics workflow—automating data preparation, accelerating insight generation, and scaling self-service capabilities for stakeholders
  • Coach managers and HR partners on analytics best practices while actively participating in team planning, stakeholder management, and roadmap discussions to ensure alignment with business priorities
