About The Position

Healthcare Realty is hiring a Senior Analyst or an Associate for its Investments Group at its Nashville, TN headquarters. The ideal candidate will have an undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or another related field and at least two years of relevant work experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or lending. Requirements

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business or another related field.
At least two years of relevant work experience in real estate investment, investment banking, or lending.
Extensive experience in financial analysis of real estate investments, including knowledge of Argus software and modeling.
Extensive experience in negotiation of commercial real estate purchase and sale contracts.
An ability to lead and coordinate real estate due diligence processes and teams for multiple transactions at a time.
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
An ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and transactions at once.
Leadership skills.
Superior organization.
Goal-driven.

Master’s degree is preferred, but is not required.

Responsibilities

Assisting with property acquisition and disposition transactions in the outpatient medical sector.
Providing support throughout all aspects of a transaction including sourcing, underwriting, negotiating transaction documents, and closing.
Performing in-depth market research, business development, and networking with local real estate brokers and property owners in targeted markets.
