About The Position

As a Senior Applications Analyst, you will play a critical role in the stability, optimization, and evolution of the enterprise applications that are core to the self-storage business. You will act as a trusted technical authority and strategic partner to the business, owning application performance, configuration standards, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5–8+ years of progressive experience in application support, as a Senior Applications Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or Systems Administrator supporting complex, enterprise-scale applications.
Experience with Yardi Voyager and/or within the storage industry is considered a strong asset.
Proven ability to translate business requirements into effective, scalable technical solutions through strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience leading or supporting application upgrades, system integrations, and complex configuration or enhancement initiatives.
Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on system optimization, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the senior technical escalation point and subject matter expert for Yardi and other assigned enterprise applications.
Own the full application lifecycle, including configuration, optimization, enhancements, and day‑to‑day support.
Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex application issues, ensuring minimal business impact and strong root‑cause analysis.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate requirements into scalable system solutions.
Design, configure, and optimize system workflows and functionality to improve performance, usability, and business outcomes.
Serve as platform owner and administrator, establishing standards, documentation, and best practices.
Identify and drive opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system optimization.
Lead or support application upgrades, patches, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with internal teams and vendors.
Ensure application reliability and performance through proactive maintenance and continuous improvement.
Contribute to application and technology roadmaps by evaluating new features, capabilities, and industry trends.
