This position is responsible for developing and maintaining data sources used to support and inform implementation and business decisions. Responsible for weekly, bi-weekly, monthly VALET metrics reporting. Maintains and updates SQL databases and Excel reports. Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and reporting. Performs data validation, interpretation, and troubleshooting. Collaborates with IT teams to design and implement data solutions. Looking for driven, high-performance colleague to join our team. Collaborate and clearly communicate with various teams, leaders, and stakeholders across the organization to design and deliver solutions that meet digital organization needs. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, has experience building database models, analyzing detailed datasets, and clearly communicating the results of their analysis to a variety of audiences.

Requirements

3+ years of professional experience with analytical and model-building skills
1-3 years of experience as a technical and professional communicator in an agile software environment
Demonstrated ability to analyze diverse audiences and deliver appropriate and thorough communication
Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels of the organization
Cloud based environment experience and Web-based query tools a plus

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of digital assets
Experience with Commercial, Medicare, Pharmacy data
Python, GCP Big Query and Adobe, SPLUNK experience a plus
