Aritzia is growing and our Labour & Workforce Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for planning and scheduling talent to match business needs and to support an incredible employee and client experience. As the Senior Analyst/Analyst, Workforce Planning, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing employee schedules for Stores to support the success and growth of our Retail business while minimizing labour wastage. Requirements
- Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Excel
- A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
Responsibilities
- Accurately project volume and determine labour requirements
- Prepare, build, and publish optimized schedules
- Support the business with live week schedule changes
