About The Position

This position is responsible for collaborating with other associates and managers, owning components of small projects end-to-end, managing components of small consulting projects, and assisting with executive presentations. The role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, building models, and supporting deployment and testing. It also includes coaching less experienced team members, demonstrating expertise, and providing business solutions by building stakeholder relationships. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Collaborates with other associates from own team and liaises with Managers Specialists from other related teams or crossfunctionalteams as needed.
  • Owns components of small projects end-to-end to support the business area or subcategory.
  • Supports projects by contributing to preliminary analysis and solves straightforward problems by following past precedents.
  • Manages components of small straightforward consulting projects.
  • Assists with first draft of executive presentation to communicate strategic recommendations to business management based on data analysis.
  • Applies knowledge to analyze available data, identify trends, and build skills around modeling within a product area.
  • Supports team members through deployment and testing.
  • Identifies, pulls, and preps requisite data sets to address straightforward business problems.
  • Creates variables for models.
  • Coaches less experienced team members and provides feedback to enhance skills, knowledge, and work performance.
  • Mentors less experienced associates.
  • Demonstrates uptodate expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans by providing expert advice and guidance to others in the application of information and best practices, supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs, and building commitment for perspectives and rationales.
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices, monitoring progress and results, recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities, and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes, and new responsibilities.
