Position Summary The Senior Analyst, Account Management will serve as a fully dedicated advocate to senior employees and their families employed by a leading financial services company. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for senior leaders working closely with the Benefits team to ensure a seamless and high-quality Aetna experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of client management experience within the healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated experience as a polished, concise, and professional communicator.
  • Multi-functional experience, e.g., claim systems.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for member service inquiries.
  • Liaising with healthcare providers.
  • Submitting and tracking out-of-network claims.
  • Managing administrative processes such as pre-authorizations and pre-certifications.
  • Assisting members in locating providers and scheduling appointments.
  • Function as a subject matter expert on the employer’s Aetna medical plan.
  • Track, analyze, and create reports on service utilization, and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with account team members and cross-functional partners to resolve complex product or service issues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to maintain a high level of service quality and knowledge.
