About The Position

The Senior Ambulatory Services Manager is responsible for participating in long-range strategic planning and short-range implementation across ambulatory clinics, to ensure these are managed in a consistent manner that embraces patient-centered service, service excellence standards and utilized efficient operational processes. In addition to providing operational oversight, this role is a key collaborator with the relevant departments and a thought leader in ambulatory quality and safety, coordination of care across the continuum, use of technological tools and solutions, metrics reporting, customer service, and process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field required.
• Minimum 3+ years of prior healthcare leadership experience required.

• Master's degree may be required dependant upon position/magnet requirements
