About The Position

Parsons is looking for exceptionally talented Senior All-Source Intelligence Analyst to join our team supporting U.S. Cyber Command. In this role, you will provide senior-level all-source intelligence analysis, production, and mission integration support to a Cyber National Mission Force J2 customer. You will deliver timely, decision-relevant intelligence that supports cyberspace operations, operational planning, targeting, threat characterization, risk assessment, and senior leader decision-making. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep all-source tradecraft, cyber mission awareness, strong production skills, and the ability to work directly with J2, operational planners, collection managers, and mission partners to translate operational needs into focused intelligence products.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI w/CI Poly
  • Bachelor's Degree (additional years of military) experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant all-source intelligence, cyber, military, DoD, IC, national security, or operational support experience.
  • Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence Community, Combatant Command, cyber, targeting, counterintelligence, counterterrorism, information operations, or operational intelligence missions
  • Demonstrated experience producing finished intelligence, analytic briefings, threat assessments, target support products, or operational intelligence products
  • Strong understanding of all-source tradecraft, source evaluation, analytic confidence, structured analytic techniques, and ICD 203 analytic standards
  • Experience using IC tools and databases to conduct Research, identify threats, validate reporting, and produce mission-relevant assessments
  • Ability to synthesize large volumes of disparate reporting into clear, actionable products for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience collaborating with analysts, planners, collection managers, operators, and interagency partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to proofread, edit, and finalize products for senior leader briefings
  • Ability to manage changing priorities, mentor junior personnel, and maintain production quality under time-sensitive operational conditions

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting USCYBERCOM, CNMF, NSA, DIA, a Service Cyber Component, Cyber Mission Force team, or Combatant Command J2
  • Knowledge of cyber operations, cyber threat actors, APTs, malware ecosystems, adversary infrastructure, cyber targeting, cyber-enabled influence, or defend-forward mission concepts
  • Experience with target development, target systems analysis, link/nodal analysis, network analysis, target package development, or JIPOE/IPB-style products
  • Familiarity with M3, TAC, Palantir, Analyst’s Notebook, FADE/MIST, RMT, Intelbook, or comparable IC analytic and reporting tools
  • Experience supporting operational planning teams, targeting working groups, collection management forums, intelligence synchronization meetings, or commander’s update briefs
  • Formal military or IC intelligence training, such as 35F, 1N0, 0231, IS, 0132, or equivalent all-source analytic background

Responsibilities

  • Lead all-source intelligence analysis in support of CNMF J2 priorities, cyber mission planning, operational execution, targeting support, and assessment requirements
  • Translate commander, staff, and operational questions into focused intelligence requirements, analytic lines of effort, and production plans
  • Fuse multi-discipline intelligence reporting, cyber threat intelligence, operational data, foreign actor reporting, and geopolitical context into coherent assessments
  • Produce high-quality finished intelligence products, executive summaries, intelligence estimates, threat assessments, target support products, link/nodal analysis, and operational briefings
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection requirements, analytic approaches, and coordination pathways to close those gaps
  • Evaluate adversary cyber capabilities, intent, infrastructure, TTPs, malign influence activity, operational patterns, and implications for U.S. and allied interests
  • Collaborate across J2, J3, J5, J39, targeting, planning, collection, operations, and interagency mission partners to ensure intelligence is aligned to operational decision points
  • Review, edit, and improve analytic products for accuracy, tradecraft, clarity, sourcing, confidence language, and relevance to the customer mission
  • Mentor journeyman analysts on analytic methods, intelligence writing, research workflows, tool usage, briefing preparation, and production timelines
  • Brief senior military, civilian, and contractor stakeholders on complex cyber and intelligence topics in clear, mission-focused language
  • Support fast-turn RFIs, crisis response, battle rhythm products, working groups, and operational planning teams as required
