About The Position

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst to support a Federal Government client. Please note that the availability of this position is contingent upon contract award. The analyst will collect and analyze intelligence from multiple sources, synthesize data into coherent briefings, and monitor and assess information to identify potential threats and opportunities. This role involves providing All-Source Intelligence in support of G-2 designated missions, understanding the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command’s operational equities and capabilities to provide tailored and relevant intelligence analysis production for senior military and executive leadership. The analyst will leverage knowledge of near-peer adversary capabilities and intentions in space and counterspace issues to proactively produce intelligence and brief it to senior general officer leadership within the command and high Combatant Commands (COCOMs). The position requires adherence to DNI Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 191 – Duty to Warn, using experience addressing organizational intelligence priorities, including the commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), to warn leadership of impending threats. The analyst will provide and disseminate comprehensive finished All-Source intelligence studies, analysis, and estimates in support of various commands and global defense initiatives, in accordance with DNI ICD 203 – Analytic Standards. Intelligence products must be tailored to customer requirements and use approved Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) analytical production line templates. A wide depth of knowledge of near-peer adversarial space and counterspace capabilities and intentions is required, with the ability to produce fused intelligence products across topical areas including space, counterspace, counterintelligence/force protection threats, missile threats, SATCOM, and adversarial use of associated technologies. The role involves conducting meetings and coordination efforts as needed and applying ICD 206 – Sourcing Requirements for Disseminated Analytical Products. The analyst will present analysis and assessments personally up to senior general officer levels and conduct analysis and production addressing USASMDC PIRs that encompass complex, technical topics. All assessments will be coordinated with internal and external agencies. The analyst must provide feedback for all single “INT” reports and understand the unique processes and systems for each intelligence discipline to complete the intelligence cycle. Knowledge of near-peer adversary Order of Battle (OOB), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPoE), and technical intelligence supporting the Electronic Preparation of the Operational Environment (EPoE) for space operations is required.

Requirements

  • Over 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex cybersecurity issues, responding to requests for information and submitting intelligence collection and production requirements.
  • Must know and have experience executing tasks of the Joint Intelligence Cycle IAW Joint Publication (JP 2-0).
  • Experience in tasking national SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, MASINT, and GEOINT for collection, processing, and exploitation to drive production in support of the customers’ equities.
  • Security clearance required TS/SCI

Responsibilities

  • Apply all standing intelligence production priorities and guidance, must proactively produce and deliver intelligence analysis as a “duty to warn and inform” to senior general officer leaders, as directed by Director of National Intelligence (DNI) Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 191 – Duty to Warn.
  • Use experience addressing organizational intelligence priorities, including the commander’s Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIRs), to warn leadership of impending threats.
  • Provide and disseminate comprehensive finished All-Source intelligence studies, analysis, and estimates in support of USSTRATCOM, USSPACECOM, USASMDC, USEUCOM, USINDOPACOM, USCENTCOM, USNORTHCOM, global missile defense, Information Operations, Space, and Global Strike in accordance with the DNI ICD 203 – Analytic Standards.
  • Tailor intelligence to customers’ requirements in content and presentation.
  • Produce fused intelligence products across all topical areas to include space, counterspace, counterintelligence/force protection threats, missile threats, SATCOM, and adversarial use of associated technologies.
  • Conduct meetings and coordination efforts at times commensurate with the complexity and status of the effort required to support the work and meet the identified requirements.
  • Apply all ICD 206 – Sourcing Requirements for Disseminated Analytical Products as direct by the DNI to ensure the credibility and transparency of the intelligence analysis.
  • Conduct and lead meetings when directed based on requirements received from various originators.
  • Present the analysis and assessments personally up to senior general officer levels.
  • Conduct the analysis and production addressing USASMDC PIRs that encompass complex, technical topics requiring a high degree of analytical tradecraft proficiency to address.
  • Coordinate all assessments with internal and external agencies with equities on the subject matter of the products.
  • Provide feedback for all single “INT” reports and must know that the process/systems to do this are unique for each intelligence discipline to complete the intelligence cycle.
  • Understand near-peer adversary Order of Battle (OOB), Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPoE), and technical intelligence supporting the Electronic Preparation of the Operational Environment (EPoE) for space operations.
