About The Position

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior All Source Analyst to provide expert-level intelligence support to Naval Special Warfare mission requirements. The selected candidate will support the Naval Special Warfare Mission Support Center by conducting advanced all-source and multi-INT fusion analysis, producing tailored intelligence products, supporting operational planning, and providing analytical leadership to enhance situational awareness and mission execution. The Senior All Source Analyst will work as part of a small, multi-functional intelligence analysis and fusion team supporting deployed and deploying Naval Special Warfare forces. The role requires deep experience in intelligence analysis, operational support, hard-target analysis, and the ability to provide accurate, timely, and mission-focused recommendations in deliberate, dynamic, and time-sensitive environments.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI access or eligibility.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain a valid U.S. passport prior to onboarding.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain access to military installations.
  • Minimum of 10 years of cumulative professional experience working directly in the intelligence and/or cryptologic community.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience conducting multi-INT fusion analysis.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with or providing direct support to Naval Special Warfare forces.
  • Minimum of 3 years of documented experience serving on, or providing direct intelligence support to, operational Naval Special Warfare Task Groups.
  • Documented experience conducting hard-target analysis at the NSW, interagency, or Intelligence Community level.
  • Experience supporting operational planning, mission analysis, and intelligence production in high-tempo environments.
  • Demonstrated experience researching, gathering data, assembling and analyzing facts, drawing conclusions, and developing solutions to intelligence-related problems.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of intelligence data types, formats, structures, and intelligence databases.
  • Experience using intelligence databases and systems such as MIDB, TAC, Palantir, or similar tools.
  • Experience working with multiple intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, IMINT, GEOINT, SIGINT, and OSINT.
  • Minimum of 5 years of documented experience using cross-domain intelligence tools such as SOCET GXP, Analyst Notebook, Voltron, M3, FADE/MIST, THRESHER, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of counterintelligence and operational security procedures used by the Department of War/Department of Defense, the Intelligence Community, and operational mission-support organizations.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience acquiring, creating, and leveraging resources or integrating advanced technologies to overcome process barriers and resolve inefficiencies.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver mission-critical results under tight deadlines in a high-tempo operational environment.
  • At least one documented deployment to a combat zone or austere environment, or at least 3 years of direct reach-back support to crisis response, contingency operations, or Tier 1/Tier 2 SOF elements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to perform administrative, analytical, and routine functions accurately.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • The candidate’s resume must demonstrate experience in at least two of the following three areas: Acting as an Intelligence or Cryptologic Branch Chief or NCOIC. Direct participation in OPLAN, CONPLAN, or CONOP development, staffing, and approval. Providing tailored Information Warfare Community support to maritime Special Operations Forces operations.

  • Prior support to crisis response, contingency operations, Tier 1 SOF, Tier 2 SOF, or deployed NSW elements.
  • Senior-level intelligence judgment and analytical tradecraft.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative, multi-functional team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced all-source intelligence analysis in support of Naval Special Warfare operational planning and execution.
  • Research, acquire, process, analyze, and fuse intelligence data from multiple sources and disciplines to develop actionable intelligence products.
  • Produce tailored intelligence assessments, briefings, reports, and responses to Requests for Information in support of mission planning and operational decision-making.
  • Integrate data from multiple intelligence disciplines, including SIGINT, HUMINT, GEOINT, IMINT, OSINT, METOC, cultural intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance, and language/regional expertise.
  • Support development of operational plans, concept plans, concepts of operation, mission feasibility products, and other operational planning materials.
  • Provide direct analytical support to senior operators, intelligence professionals, and mission planners.
  • Identify critical vulnerabilities, capability gaps, and exploitable weaknesses in adversary systems, networks, and operations.
  • Conduct both long-term assessments and short-term analysis of developing, crisis, contingency, and near-real-time events.
  • Provide subject matter expertise related to East and Northeast Asia, including regional security issues, adversary capabilities, and operational problem sets.
  • Coordinate with warfighting and Intelligence Community partners to support mission objectives and improve intelligence support to deployed forces.
  • Review and assess standard operating procedures, technical procedures, best practices, tools, data sources, and repositories to determine effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in drafting requirements for new analytic capabilities, workflows, tools, or process improvements.
  • Develop, review, edit, and deliver training materials related to all-source analysis activities.
  • Provide mentorship, training, and qualification support to junior analysts as required.
  • Maintain professional communication, accurate documentation, and high-quality work products in accordance with military and government standards.
  • Prepare clear and complete correspondence using standard military formats, including OPORDs, WARNORDs, SITREPs, briefings, and analytical reports.
  • Comply with all applicable security, operational security, counterintelligence, information protection, and physical security requirements.
