About The Position

Peraton is seeking a Senior All-Source Analyst to support USCYBERCOM J2 intelligence production at Fort Meade, Maryland. The analyst fuses intelligence from SIGINT, HUMINT, OSINT, GEOINT, and technical intrusion data to produce finished intelligence for senior audiences, including General Officers and Flag Officers. The role tracks adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), supports offensive and defensive cyber operations planning, and provides subject matter expertise on threats to the DoDIN and U.S. critical infrastructure. The position involves producing timely, concise, and analytically sound products and briefings; supporting cyber operations and exercises; and maintaining working relationships with intelligence community and government partners. Products are expected to meet applicable analytic standards and require minimal corrections from DIA analytic reviewers.

Requirements

Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
Minimum experience of 12 years with a BS/BA, 10 years with an MS/MA, 7 years with a PhD, or 16 years without a degree.
Possess a certificate of completion or verified work experience/coursework equivalent to skills identified in DoD Directive 8140.
Working knowledge of all-source analytic concepts, IC/DoD classification guidelines, and structured analytic techniques.
Experience with production tools and databases: Tripwire, Intellipedia, Palantir, MIDB, CyberCOP, Target Knowledge Base, Cyber Threat Matrix, AMHS, Network Knowledge Base, FoxTrail, CENTAUR, ispace, Pathfinder, and Microsoft OneNote.
Ability to produce timely, logical, and concise analytic reports, assessments, and briefing materials in Microsoft Office formats.
Proficiency evaluating and synthesizing multiple information sources, recognizing nuances, and resolving contradictions.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated grammar proficiency.
Understanding of intelligence collection capabilities and limitations across technical sensors and HUMINT sources.

Nice To Haves

Background in cyber threat analysis, malware characterization, or DoDIN defense.
Experience producing products in accordance with ICD 203, 206, 208, and 209 standards.
12 or more years of relevant experience, including work within the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

Conduct all-source analysis across multiple intelligence disciplines to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues and cyber threats.
Research, evaluate, and deconflict classified single-source reporting, technical intrusion data, finished intelligence, and open-source information.
Categorize and characterize cyber threats and malware, identifying trends and changes in adversary TTPs.
Produce intelligence products in accordance with ICD 203 standards, requiring minimal corrections from DIA analytic reviewers.
Provide all-source JIPOE support to offensive and defensive cyber operations planning and execution.
Develop and present intelligence briefings and slides to USCYBERCOM staff, including audiences up to General Officer and Flag Officer level.
Establish and maintain communications with Intelligence Community counterparts, USCYBERCOM service components, DHS/NCSD, CERTs, and Information Assurance Centers.
Produce bulletins and briefs about TTP changes and technical trends in cyber threats targeting the DoDIN and U.S. critical infrastructure.
Support cyber-related exercise scenario development, white cell participation, and role-playing activities.
Respond promptly to J2 and USCYBERCOM staff Requests for Information (RFIs).
