About The Position

E&M Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst (Network Analysis) to support the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Reston, VA. NGIC is the Defense Department’s primary producer of ground forces intelligence, providing scientific and technical intelligence and military capabilities analysis on foreign ground forces. This role will support client analytical requirements for a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) program by conducting analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain national security issues. The analyst will provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience and a bachelor’s degree or 12 total years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
  • Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
  • Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
  • Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance at the required level (Top Secret/SCI/ W/CI Poly).

Nice To Haves

  • A strong grasp of chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, or missile programs.
  • Defense certified analysts; preferably with military service analyst certifications.
  • Detailed knowledge of NGIC, Army, DIA, NSA, CIA, and/or interagency operations.
  • Superior understanding of DoD Intelligence processes, activities, standards, and available analytic tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support client analytical requirements for the execution of a Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) program.
  • Conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature.
  • Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
