About The Position

The Planning & Performance (P&P) team within Amazon Air is responsible for understanding customer needs for air transportation, developing plans for fast and high-quality delivery, collaborating with stakeholders and operators on implementation, and ensuring Amazon Air consistently exceeds customer expectations. This role focuses on leading network and capacity planning for Amazon's expanding external Air Cargo business, aiming to bring Amazon's delivery speed and quality to domestic and international shippers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• 5+ years of supply chain experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
• 5+ years of cargo or passenger airline network planning or revenue management experience

Responsibilities

• Design and operationalize product offerings for external Air Cargo customers leveraging the scale and flexibility of the Amazon Air network
• Drive the development of new processes and technology to optimize capacity allocation between internal and external customers
• Influence the long-term network strategy
• Some travel required
