About The Position

As a Senior AI Software Engineer, you will collaborate to design, implement, and optimize AI algorithms and software applications. You will ensure AI training, inference, deployment, and operation are functional, reliable, and scalable in your role. This position is remote and does not require domestic or international travel. Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent
• Eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation
• 8 years of experience with Software engineering, AI, ASR or machine learning from working on ASR engine optimization to improve throughput and reduce latency
• 8 years of experience with C++ programming
• 8 years of experience with Python programming
• 8 years of experience with algorithm experience
• 8 years of experience with deep learning, neural networks, and data preprocessing
• 8 years of experience with AI concepts, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g. TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• 8 years of experience with Software development best practices and version control systems (e.g. Git)
• 8 years of experience with daily development involving git repo code check-in, review, and CI / CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to understand project requirements and objectives
• Implement AI solutions to solve complex problems in computer vision, natural language processing and recommendation systems
• Design, develop, and maintain AI algorithms, models, and software applications
• Ensure software reliability and quality by participating in code reviews, testing, and debugging
• Document code, algorithms, and technical processes for internal and external reference
