About The Position

abra is seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to develop end-to-end AI/GenAI systems based on LLMs. This role involves building and maintaining robust data, model, and inference pipelines, including the design of scalable embedding systems and RAG architectures. The engineer will also design cloud-native architectures with auto-scaling capabilities, supporting both dedicated AI applications and shared internal development platforms. A key responsibility is integrating corporate governance, compliance controls, and information security solutions into the AI ecosystem, ensuring all systems meet strict banking industry standards and requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software development in a production environment
• 5+ years of proven experience with Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• 3+ years of experience with AWS
• Proven experience designing scalable microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed backend systems
• Experience with APIs and information security
