About The Position
We are hiring a Senior AI Scientist to lead hands‑on development of graph foundation models and knowledge‑driven AI systems for regulated life sciences and healthcare workflows. This role sits at the intersection of cutting‑edge AI research, biomedical domain expertise, and real‑world production impact.
Requirements
- Deep, hands‑on experience with: Graph foundation models or Large‑scale graph learning
- Strong expertise in knowledge graphs, including: Construction, Embeddings, Reasoning, Inference
- Solid biomedical / life‑sciences background, such as: Biology, Bioinformatics, Clinical or healthcare data
- Proven track record of taking research from concept to production
- Strong programming skills, especially Python
- Experience with ML and graph frameworks
Nice To Haves
- Experience with multi‑modal learning or agentic AI systems
- Familiarity with regulated or compliant environments (healthcare, life sciences)
- Publications or applied research in: Graph machine learning, Knowledge graphs, Biomedical AI
- Experience with LLM post‑training is a strong plus
Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy graph representation learning models and foundation models
- Build and evolve knowledge graphs, including: Graph construction, Embeddings, Reasoning and inference
- Apply AI and graph learning techniques to biomedical and clinical data, such as: Ontologies, Biological pathways, Clinical trial data, Scientific and regulatory documents
- Partner closely with engineering and product teams to operationalize research
- Drive technical direction, architectural decisions, and mentor other scientists
