Senior AI Python Software Engineer
About The Position
We are looking for a Senior Python Software Engineer to build and scale backend systems powering next-generation AI-driven voice solutions in the automotive industry. This role is open to engineers with strong experience in Python, as well as full stack or multi-stack engineers who have worked on Python-based projects and can effectively contribute to backend systems. A key aspect of this role is being an AI Engineer in practice — meaning strong, hands-on experience using AI assistants, coding agents, or AI-driven development workflows (not just basic tools like autocomplete). You will leverage these tools to accelerate development, solve problems, and deliver production-ready solutions. You will work on scalable backend services, API integrations, and AI-powered features, contributing to products that transform how customers interact with dealerships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development, including hands-on experience with Python
- Experience building backend systems, APIs, or scalable services
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience working with data and databases
- Practical experience using AI assistants, coding agents, or AI-driven workflows in development
- Strong experience in Backend Development: Python or experience working on Python-based systems
- Strong experience in Cloud & DevOps: AWS, GCP, or Azure, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Strong experience in APIs & Integrations: REST APIs and third-party integrations
- Strong experience in Data: SQL/NoSQL databases, data processing
- Strong experience in AI-Native Development: Experience using AI assistants, coding agents, or automation workflows in real development scenarios
- Strong experience in AI Exposure: NLP, LLM APIs, STT/TTS systems
- Advanced English proficiency

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain backend systems using Python and related technologies
- Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party services
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Work with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments (Docker)
- Contribute to system design discussions and scalability improvements
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices
- Leverage AI tools and agents to accelerate development, debugging, and solution design
- Support the integration of AI/voice technologies such as STT/TTS or LLM APIs
