About The Position

This role drives AI platform enablement across the enterprise, sitting at the intersection of engineering, governance, and user enablement — partnering with InfoSec, Risk, Legal, and Compliance to implement platform controls while managing enterprise AI cost and usage.

Requirements

• 6+ years engineering experience, incl. 1–2+ years in AI/cloud platform enablement
• Experience implementing IAM, guardrails, logging, and quota/rate-limiting controls
• Gen AI models (GPT, Claude, Gemini, LLaMA) and prompt engineering
• Agentic AI, MCP, and Graph/RAG architectures
• AWS (Bedrock, EKS, Lambda, Fargate, Glue, Athena)
• Python (NumPy, Pandas, Boto3), Terraform/IaC, containerized deployments
• Vector/Graph databases (Weaviate, Milvus, PGVector, Neo4j, Neptune)

Nice To Haves

• BI tools (QuickSight, Tableau)
• Knowledge of financial markets/enterprise data systems

Responsibilities

• Lead AI platform enablement across OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, Bedrock, and agentic frameworks
• Partner with InfoSec, Risk, Compliance, and Legal on platform controls and guardrails
• Manage token budgets, usage/credit limits, and cost monitoring
• Build LLM pipelines, agentic workflows, MCP integrations, and Graph/RAG architectures
• Support users on AI usage, quotas, skills, agents, and MCP integrations
• Own delivery of platform initiatives using Agile practices
