Senior AI-Native Product Manager - P&C Insurance
About The Position
We are looking for a Senior AI-native Product Manager who builds, not just coordinates. This role is for someone who already operates differently: You use AI as part of your daily workflow, not occasionally You move quickly from idea to execution You collaborate directly with engineers in code and systems, not just documents You will work in a P&C insurance environment where precision, security, and correctness matter, and “good enough” is often not acceptable. What You’ll Do Own product direction and execution for modern web applications Work directly with engineers in GitHub to shape solutions and drive delivery Use AI tools daily to accelerate thinking, prototyping, and execution Lead product discovery across internal and external customers , including: MGAs insurance agencies internal underwriting, claims, and operations teams Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for improvement Translate customer and stakeholder insights into clear, buildable solutions Define and track success metrics tied to real business outcomes Use data and analytics to guide prioritization and iteration Reduce ambiguity and push work forward without relying on heavy process Make clear tradeoffs between speed, quality, and risk The above cited duties and responsibilities describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to the job. Requirements
- 5+ years in Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance
- 5+ years as a Product Manager
- 1+ year using AI tools as part of your daily workflow
Nice To Haves
- Already use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Cursor as part of how you work
- Are comfortable working directly with engineers in GitHub (issues, PRs, discussions)
- Can quickly prototype or “vibe code” to explore ideas
- Regularly engage with both internal stakeholders and external customers (MGAs, agencies) to understand real problems
- Understand how insurance workflows differ across distribution channels and internal teams
- Use data and analytics to validate decisions and measure impact
- Do not rely on long specs to move work forward
- Understand how to validate and refine AI-generated output
