About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Developer Specialist to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. This role will focus on transforming AI proof-of-concept initiatives into secure, scalable, and production-ready applications that support engineering, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in AI/ML engineering, Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, MLOps, Cloud Platforms, and DevOps automation, with a proven track record of deploying machine learning solutions in production environments.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
  • 8+ years of experience with DevOps technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • 8+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • 8+ years of experience with Bash and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar automation tools.
  • 3+ years of hands-on Python development experience in production environments.
  • Experience developing and deploying machine learning models serving real-world users.
  • Strong understanding of Large Language Models (GPT, BERT, T5, Hugging Face, Ollama).
  • Experience with Prompt Engineering, Fine-Tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
  • Experience with Time Series Forecasting, Anomaly Detection, and Sequential Data Modeling.
  • Experience building Recommender Systems and Personalization Engines.
  • Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, Weights & Biases, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with distributed training, multi-GPU environments, and scalable ML infrastructure.
  • Experience with feature stores and advanced feature engineering techniques.
  • Experience optimizing models through quantization, pruning, and knowledge distillation.
  • Experience developing Computer Vision solutions using PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV, and YOLO.
  • Experience with object detection, segmentation, and real-time inference systems.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with GIS and geospatial data analysis.
  • Transportation, logistics, smart city, or infrastructure domain experience.
  • Experience with digital twin technologies and Unreal Engine.
  • Familiarity with Cesium, Google Maps APIs, or geospatial visualization platforms.
  • Experience working within government or public-sector environments.
  • Knowledge of public-sector security, compliance, and governance standards.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop enterprise AI/ML applications and services.
  • Build and deploy Large Language Model (LLM) solutions, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, and Generative AI applications.
  • Develop Computer Vision solutions for object detection, image segmentation, and automated analysis.
  • Create scalable machine learning pipelines and automate model deployment using MLOps best practices.
  • Implement cloud-native AI solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI environments.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring.
  • Manage structured, unstructured, and vector-based data platforms.
  • Optimize machine learning models for performance, scalability, and production readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI-driven business solutions.
