For more information, visit www.blend360.com We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and manage autonomous AI agents that support the entire sales lifecycle - from lead qualification to meeting scheduling. This role combines AI engineering, sales technology, and automation to build intelligent systems capable of researching prospects, handling customer objections, managing communications, and maintaining CRM data integrity.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Growth Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
Hands-on experience building AI agents using Agent-as-a-Service platforms (such as 11x, Regie.ai, or Lyzr) or frameworks including LangChain and LangGraph.
Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), including GPT-4o, Claude, or similar technologies.
Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
Deep expertise with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and/or HubSpot.
Experience working with Sales Engagement platforms including Salesloft or Outreach.
Familiarity with sales intelligence platforms such as ZoomInfo and 6sense.
Strong analytical mindset with experience designing experiments and optimizing AI systems through prompt engineering and A/B testing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
Self-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment.
Advanced English level is required for written and verbal communication.
At least 4 years of professional experience building and deploying AI, ML, or software solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement autonomous AI agents to qualify inbound leads against Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
Develop AI-powered workflows that leverage external data sources and CRM history for lead enrichment and qualification.
Build intelligent email agents capable of categorizing customer intent and generating context-aware responses using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions to provide AI agents with instant access to sales enablement content, including pricing, case studies, and competitive intelligence.
Ensure seamless synchronization of AI agent activities with Salesforce and/or HubSpot to maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
Optimize AI agent performance through prompt engineering, reasoning loop improvements, and continuous experimentation.
Conduct A/B testing to improve lead qualification accuracy and meeting conversion rates.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and GTM stakeholders to continuously enhance AI-driven sales processes.
Monitor AI agent performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement scalable solutions.
