About The Position

We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and support advanced AI, Generative AI, and Conversational AI solutions. This role focuses on delivering scalable, secure, and efficient AI-powered customer engagement solutions, including conversational IVR systems, virtual assistants, and AI agents. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in cloud-based AI technologies, particularly within AWS environments, and a proven ability to build enterprise-grade AI systems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience building AI/ML solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based applications in enterprise environments
  • Experience developing AI agents and implementing RAG architectures
  • Experience working with modern foundation models (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, or similar)
  • Experience evaluating, selecting, and optimizing AI technologies
  • Experience with AI model monitoring, evaluation, and tuning
  • Understanding of Responsible AI practices and governance
  • 5+ years of experience implementing contact centre solutions
  • Strong experience building conversational AI, IVR, and virtual assistants
  • Experience designing conversational flows, routing logic, and customer journeys
  • Knowledge of speech analytics, sentiment analysis, and customer interaction optimization
  • Experience working with reporting, analytics, and operational metrics
  • Experience designing and optimizing prompts for AI systems
  • Experience implementing guardrails, safety controls, and response validation
  • Experience working with AI orchestration, tool-calling, and integrations
  • Experience integrating AI systems with enterprise applications and APIs
  • Strong experience with AWS cloud services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3, IAM)
  • Experience developing REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools
  • Strong programming skills in Python
  • Experience with JavaScript and Node.js
  • Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases

Responsibilities

  • Develop, configure, implement, and support AI, Generative AI, and Conversational AI solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Design and build AI-powered IVR systems, virtual assistants, voicebots, AI agents, and self-service capabilities
  • Create and maintain integrations between AI platforms, contact centre technologies, enterprise systems, APIs, and cloud services
  • Design and optimize prompt engineering frameworks, templates, orchestration logic, and AI guardrails
  • Build and support AI agents using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), and orchestration frameworks
  • Configure and develop conversational bots, including intent modeling, slot management, and conversational flows
  • Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders, and business units to deliver scalable AI solutions
  • Produce technical designs, documentation, deployment procedures, and support materials
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting, deployment, and ongoing improvements
  • Ensure adherence to security, privacy, accessibility, and Responsible AI standards
