About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI and machine learning models to tackle complex business challenges across various industries. You will work closely with data scientists, product managers, and software engineers to seamlessly integrate AI solutions into our production systems. A key aspect of this position involves optimizing AI pipelines for peak performance, scalability, and reliability, ensuring the efficient handling of massive datasets. You will also be instrumental in driving innovation by exploring and implementing state-of-the-art AI techniques, frameworks, and tools to elevate our product offerings. Furthermore, you will mentor junior engineers, offering technical leadership in AI best practices, model development, and deployment strategies. Continuous monitoring and maintenance of AI systems in production are crucial to guarantee robust performance and swift issue resolution.

Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions.
• Expertise in AI/ML algorithms, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and the end-to-end AI development lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency with relevant libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-Learn, Hugging Face).
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying AI models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
