This role is crucial for developing the intelligence layer that differentiates DualEntry from legacy ERP systems.

Requirements

• Hardcore work ethic and high agency.
• 3+ years in a technical role with a strong foundation in backend systems, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• 2+ years shipping production AI systems with real users and real stakes.
• Hands-on experience with production LLM applications, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, or structured extraction.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Comfort working across the full stack to deliver end-to-end features.

Nice To Haves

• Background in fintech, ERP, or accounting software.
• Experience with fine-tuning or training models, not just inference.
• Familiarity with Python, Kotlin, Java, or TypeScript.
• Experience building AI systems that operate on structured financial or transactional data.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship production AI systems that transform how finance and accounting teams operate.
• Own AI features end-to-end, from model integration to infrastructure.
• Design agentic workflows and RAG pipelines.
• Build the infrastructure that runs AI systems in production at scale.
• Work on financial data, which is structured, high-stakes, and unforgiving.
• Build evaluation frameworks and experimentation loops to ensure reliable, production-grade systems.
• Partner directly with product and domain experts to advance AI capabilities within an ERP.
