About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer with a strong background in Python development and extensive experience with machine learning frameworks and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, deploying, and optimizing AI/ML applications, with a focus on RAG applications and AI agent workflows. This role involves MLOps practices, cloud deployment, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, including mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements

• Strong Python development (FastAPI preferred)
• Experience with ML frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Hugging Face)
• Experience building RAG applications using Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen
• MLOps experience (MLflow, CI/CD, model deployment, monitoring)
• Experience deploying AI/ML solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
• SQL and REST APIs

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy GenAI and ML applications.
• Develop RAG pipelines and AI agent workflows.

• Implement AI safety, governance, and model monitoring.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise automation (Automation Anywhere/UiPath).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
