About The Position

O3XO is the AI consulting division of O3 World, a Philadelphia-based digital consultancy with nearly two decades of experience building web applications for enterprise clients. We help business leaders move past the hype and focus on practical AI implementation, connecting client data, workflows, and systems to large language models in ways that create real operational value.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and deploying production software, including 3+ years shipping LLM-powered applications to real users
• Demonstrated ability to lead a client engagement and communicate technical tradeoffs to non-technical executives
• AI: Anthropic and OpenAI APIs, agent frameworks, MCP, prompt caching, evaluation design
• Programming: TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, SQL
• Frontend: Next.js, React
• Cloud: production deployment and operations on Azure or AWS, both serverless and container based
• Data: SQL databases plus vector and hybrid search (Supabase, Postgres, Azure AI Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Chroma)
• Integration: at least one enterprise system of record at depth, Salesforce strongly preferred
• Excellent written and spoken English, and comfort being the only O3XO person on a client call
• Meaningful overlap with US Eastern business hours

• Apex and Lightning Web Component development
• Snowflake, including Snowpark Container Services
• Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform, for clients who mandate it
• Infrastructure as code (Terraform, CDK, Bicep) and CI/CD

Responsibilities

• Own delivery on assigned accounts, including scope, release timing, and the day to day client relationship
• Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into prioritized use cases, build-hour estimates, and run-cost projections
• Build and ship production LLM applications, typically Next.js full stack with the Vercel AI SDK, or Python services
• Implement context engineering: retrieval, hybrid and agentic search, prompt caching, tool use, and MCP where it fits
• Build and maintain eval harnesses, define the accuracy metrics that reflect the client’s actual workflow, and report movement on them
• Integrate client systems of record, including Salesforce (Apex, LWC, triggers, OAuth), HubSpot, Snowflake, SharePoint, and Procore
• Deploy and operate on Vercel, Azure or AWS, including autoscaling, deployment slots, error monitoring, and monthly infrastructure and token cost reporting
• Run client calls and demos unaccompanied, write architecture and decision documents, and publish your own recaps with owners and next steps
• Handle client data in accordance with enterprise security standards and relevant privacy regulations
