About The Position
Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Senior AI & Data Solutions Engineer to advance its AI and data transformation strategy through innovative analytics and AI solutions. The role supports high-visibility, enterprise-scale initiatives that affect business performance and decision-making, working with global cross-functional teams across business and technology functions to deliver scalable digital solutions. The position offers exposure to modern AI, machine learning, cloud, and data engineering technologies, enterprise data, and analytics and AI leadership initiatives. The engineer designs, develops, and deploys scalable AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions; builds and maintains data pipelines, data models, and enterprise data assets; and works with business stakeholders to turn requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights. The role also supports data governance, quality, security, and responsible AI practices, and enhances AI capabilities through predictive modeling, automation, and continuous innovation. The role can be performed anywhere in the United States and requires U.S. citizenship or permanent residency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or Information Systems.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in AI/ML, data engineering, data science, or advanced analytics.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or U.S. permanent resident.
- The role can be performed anywhere in the United States.

- Master’s degree.
- Hands-on experience developing, validating, and deploying machine learning models and scalable data pipelines in production environments.
- Expertise in generative AI, MLOps, Azure AI/Data platforms, and enterprise-scale analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, aftermarket, supply chain, or industrial business domains.
- Experience delivering AI products from concept through production deployment.
- Ability to create complex queries and code using Python and SQL.
- Background with modern cloud-based data platforms and data engineering tools, supported by problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain robust data pipelines, data models, and enterprise data assets that support reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
- Implement data governance, quality, security, and responsible AI practices to ensure trusted and compliant use of enterprise data.
- Support the development and enhancement of AI capabilities through predictive modeling, automation, and continuous innovation.
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams across business and technology functions to deliver scalable digital solutions.
- Support high-visibility, enterprise-scale initiatives and programs that impact business performance and decision-making.
