About The Position

Pigment is seeking a Senior AI Data Analyst to join their GTM AI & Analytics Team. This role will own the data strategy for the global Sales organization, focusing on pipeline health, forecasting, sales planning (capacity, quota, territory, headcount), and pipeline/revenue growth. The position acts as a bridge between analytics, data engineering, and business strategy, requiring close collaboration with Sales leadership, RevOps, Marketing, and Finance. A key aspect of the role involves contributing to GTM Cortex, the company's GTM analytics/orchestration layer, by building analytical "skills" as version-controlled code, querying live Pigment data, referencing a central KPI Catalog, converting recurring sales questions into reusable skills, and driving adoption of AI-driven workflows and agents across the Sales team.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, or BI.
  • Advanced SQL; experience with Snowflake/BigQuery/Redshift.
  • Strong SaaS/sales metrics background (ARR, pipeline gen, coverage, win rate, quota attainment, forecast accuracy).
  • Hands-on experience with BI/planning tools (Pigment, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode).
  • Experience supporting enterprise Sales/RevOps, including GTM planning.
  • Genuine interest in AI-native analytics (LLM-assisted analysis, skills-as-code, governed data access).

  • Claude Code or MCP-based data access experience.
  • dbt, Python, or analytics engineering background.
  • B2B enterprise SaaS experience.

Responsibilities

  • Owns dashboards for pipeline generation, coverage, forecast, win rates, sales cycle, quota attainment, ARR, net-new vs. expansion.
  • Builds Pigment models and opportunity-level datasets for pipeline, capacity, and revenue.
  • Standardizes metrics and definitions across teams and regions.
  • Serves as the analytics backbone for annual and in-year sales planning cycles.
  • Builds and maintains capacity and quota models in Pigment.
  • Models headcount and territory scenarios, running what-if analysis against historical performance.
  • Designs data pipelines from sources like Salesforce, Pigment, Gong, Netsuite, etc.
  • Partners with Data Engineering on dbt/warehouse transformations.
  • Builds AI skills on Pigment MCP for recurring reports and event-driven alerts.
  • Owns data quality, governance, and documentation.
  • Acts as an analytics partner to Sales leadership and regional organizations.
  • Answers key business questions related to win rate/cycle changes, coverage weaknesses, and pipeline quality.
  • Builds role-based reporting for reps, managers, and executives.
  • Trains Sales teams on data utilization in pipeline reviews, QBRs, and forecast calls.
  • Drives adoption of AI-driven workflows.
