We are seeking a Senior AI Creative Specialist to leverage AI and emerging technologies in the development and production of client deliverables. This role requires technical proficiency and a demonstrated commitment to storytelling and creative excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience. Creative agency experience is highly desired.
• Demonstrated proficiency with leading AI-powered content creation tools such as, but not limited to ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Claude, Figma, DALL-E and basic design software (demonstrated through portfolio examples)
• Portfolio showcasing strong design craft, conceptual thinking, and high-level execution
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and revision cycles simultaneously
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Asset Development & Production – Use AI-powered tools, design software, and emerging technologies to produce client assets (e.g. storyboards, scripts, visual graphics and imagery, video and motion graphics) that meet brand standards and creative brief requirements.
• Quality Control – Ensure all work maintains BBDO's standards for execution, brand consistency, and client specifications.
• Project Management – Manage multiple concurrent projects and feedback cycles in a fast-paced environment, delivering on timelines
• Creative Input – Contribute AI and technology expertise during conception and ideation phases to identify opportunities for enhanced creative execution
• Tool Proficiency – Stay current with leading AI and creative technology platforms, evaluating new tools for production efficiency and creative capability
• Training & Mentoring: Set and elevate the standard on the effective use of AI at the agency
