About The Position

MCI is seeking an experienced Senior AI Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities across AI and automation initiatives. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities for AI adoption, defining business requirements, evaluating solutions, and ensuring AI investments deliver measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders while helping shape the organization's AI transformation journey. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Strong experience gathering and managing business requirements.
  • Experience supporting technology, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Experience developing business cases and ROI assessments.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into technical requirements.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Experience working within Agile and structured delivery methodologies.
  • Strong documentation and process-mapping skills.
  • Ability to manage complex initiatives and competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or automation programs.
  • CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or similar certifications.
  • Knowledge of Generative AI technologies.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with AI governance principles.
  • Experience within enterprise transformation programs.
  • Exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools.
  • Postgraduate qualification in business or technology.
