About The Position

We are seeking a visionary, highly collaborative Senior AI Artist to join our global creative team. This is not a role for a casual AI user; we are looking for a hyper-craft oriented, AI-first power user whose sensibilities are rooted deeply in traditional VFX, animation, 3D, or high-end illustration. You will be at the forefront of digital storytelling, utilizing leading AI technologies—specifically Google AI tools—to concept, iterate, and produce world-class visual assets. You will partner daily with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Art Directors, and Designers to translate strategic concepts into stunning visual narratives. Whether you are generating hyper-realistic cinematic shots, building witty visual metaphors, or crafting seamless animations, your AI expertise and rigorous artistic eye will help bring our boldest ideas to life. Note: This is a temporary opportunity for a Senior AI Artist to join our global creative team, working on high-profile projects at the intersection of generative AI, visual craft, and storytelling. Schedule: While this role can be based in multiple locations, candidates should be comfortable working primarily Eastern Time (ET) hours to ensure strong overlap with the broader creative team. Hourly Rate: $50–$60/hour, depending on experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience originating from a deep craft background in VFX, animation, 3D modeling, or high-end illustration.
• Uncompromising eye for composition, lighting, camera physics, and artistic style.
• Extensive experience concepting and producing professional-grade assets using generative AI tools, with a strong mandatory proficiency in Google AI suites (e.g., Imagen, Veo, or equivalent models).
• A diverse portfolio showcasing your deep craft foundation and your AI-driven output across both static imagery and animation/motion.
• Creatively troubleshoot, composite, and refine AI outputs to get the exact desired result.
• Know how to manipulate the machines to achieve your specific artistic vision.
• Team player who thrives in a highly interactive environment.
• Know how to take direction from CDs, riff on ideas with Copywriters, and hand off pristine assets to Designers.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to articulate creative choices, prompt strategies, and technical limitations or possibilities to non-technical team members.

Responsibilities

• Drive the visual ideation and final production of high-quality static imagery and animation using Google AI tools and other advanced generative platforms.
• Seamlessly stitch together complex AI and traditional software workflows to achieve bespoke, world-class results.
• Rapidly prototype and rigorously refine visual concepts based on team and stakeholder feedback.
• Prompt, revisit, tweak, composite, and iterate until the final output flawlessly aligns with the brand's aesthetic, tone, and strategic goals.
• Seamlessly bridge the gap between still photography, illustration, and motion, generating animated assets that feel dynamic, intentional, and polished.
• Work hand-in-hand with Creative Directors, Copywriters, and Designers.
• Act as a strategic creative partner, participating in brainstorms and translating creative briefs into compelling AI-generated visuals.
• Communicate complex visual and technical concepts clearly in English to ensure seamless alignment across our global teams and time zones.
