About The Position
MCI is seeking a Senior AI Agent Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI agent ecosystems. This role focuses on creating sophisticated AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and business process automation. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership while helping shape the organization's AI automation strategy and best practices. Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience developing AI agents, intelligent automation solutions, or AI-powered applications.
- Advanced Python programming and software architecture skills.
- Experience working with Large Language Models and Generative AI technologies.
- Strong understanding of agent orchestration, planning, reasoning, and memory systems.
- Experience integrating enterprise applications, APIs, and cloud services.
- Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI architectures.
- Experience mentoring developers and leading technical initiatives.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Experience operating within Agile software development environments.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, or similar frameworks.
- Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions.
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies.
- Experience with workflow orchestration and automation platforms.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
