Senior Agentic Performance Marketing Manager

Search Atlas•Traverse City, MI
•$44 - $50•Remote

About The Position

Search Atlas is hiring a remote Senior Agentic Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition on Meta and Google, targeting trial CPA goals within monthly budget caps. The role combines media buying and analytics with building AI-agent workflows and running landing-page tests. The manager will use performance data to inform creative briefs, work with design and development on paid landing pages and funnel conversion-rate optimization, and establish reliable tracking and unit-economics measurement from first click through activation. The role also includes launching advertising for new products with no historical performance data across self-serve and sales-led funnels. The expected weekly split is about half media buying and analytics, with the remainder divided between building agents and running landing-page tests. The position is remote and open internationally, with working hours aligned to EST. Search Atlas describes a fast-changing, high-expectation environment with substantial ownership, frequent use of AI across functions, and work on an evolving product and new marketing category. Compensation is $44–$50 USD per hour. Benefits include 15 days of PTO and paid Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
