About The Position

CVS Health is hiring a Senior Agentic AI Solutions Engineer for its AI/ML Solutions Delivery organization. This full-stack AI engineering role designs, develops, and deploys production-ready enterprise agentic AI and intelligent automation applications, combining modern software engineering with generative AI and agentic frameworks. The work uses technologies including ServiceNow, Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic Claude, Python, APIs, and cloud-native services to deliver secure, scalable, and resilient solutions. The engineer owns the end-to-end development lifecycle, including application architecture, backend services, AI orchestration, data integration, deployment, and operational support. The role partners with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Platform Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to accelerate enterprise AI adoption while meeting standards for security, governance, performance, reliability, and responsible AI. Solutions support IT Operations and Cybersecurity use cases such as incident triage, alert correlation, workflow orchestration, and operational decision support. This is a full-time position with 40 anticipated weekly hours. The stated base pay range is $101,970.00–$203,940.00, and the role is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission, or short-term incentive program. Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy production-grade agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions using enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, and Anthropic Claude.
  • Deliver AI-powered capabilities for IT Operations and Cybersecurity use cases, including incident triage, alert correlation, workflow orchestration, and operational decision support.
  • Lead solutions through the full lifecycle, from prototype through production deployment and continuous optimization; make architectural decisions and recommend technical trade-offs.
  • Implement secure-by-design architectures with AI security controls, data privacy protections, prompt injection safeguards, resiliency patterns, failover mechanisms, and graceful degradation strategies.
  • Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Platform Engineering, Product, and Operations teams.
  • Provide technical mentorship to interns and contractor resources.
