About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Affiliate Manager who can independently drive affiliate partnerships and turn them into a scalable revenue channel. This role is suited for someone with a strong commercial mindset, deep understanding of iGaming traffic, and the ability to build and grow high-quality partner networks across international markets. Role is fully onsite and based in Lisbon, Portugal. Relocation support is provided by the company.

Requirements

  • Expertise in the Gambling Vertical: At least 4 years of hands-on experience driving affiliate growth within the global iGaming sector.
  • Commercial Track Record: A demonstrated history of securing high-impact deals, finalizing complex agreements, and successfully scaling partnership networks from the ground up.
  • Strategic Marketing Proficiency: Comprehensive grasp of performance-based monetization, campaign fine-tuning, and the mechanics of various affiliate commission frameworks.
  • Technical Stack Mastery: Proficiency in navigating tracking and attribution ecosystems, with specific technical experience using Adjust or AppsFlyer across web and mobile platforms.
  • Analytical Mindset & Autonomy: A methodology rooted in data analysis paired with sharp business acumen, allowing for effective decision-making in fast-paced, independent work settings.
  • Communication Skills: Professional fluency in English is essential for negotiations and cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Partnership Management: Lead the entire affiliate ecosystem by overseeing contract discussions, defining partnership frameworks, and fostering sustainable, high-value professional ties.
  • Commercial Modeling & Deal Structuring: Design and execute diverse cooperation schemes (including performance-based, profit-sharing, and bespoke models) to ensure financial terms support broader business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Evaluate incoming traffic and campaign metrics to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and long-term user value, ensuring all activities meet strict profitability standards.
  • Cross-Functional Strategy Alignment: Collaborate with internal marketing and product units to streamline user journeys, boost conversion rates, and sharpen overall acquisition tactics.
  • Market Presence & Brand Advocacy: Act as a primary brand representative within the industry, driving growth through active networking and high-level presence at global trade conferences.
  • Financial Integrity & Budgeting: Manage the economic health of the department, including precise commission planning, strategic fund distribution, and the verification of disbursement cycles.
