About The Position

As the Senior Advisor, Organizational Effectiveness & Talent Engagement you’ll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. Reporting to the Deputy Chief People Officer, North America, you will serve as an organizational development subject matter expert and hands-on partner to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement. This role focuses on designing and delivering hands-on implementation of initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, drive talent strategies, and foster engagement across the organization. You will work independently and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend best practices, lead projects, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives. In addition to leading organizational design and change initiatives in collaboration with the members of People & Culture and other business units, you will proactively assess, co-create, implement and evaluate integrated and effective workforce solutions, frameworks, and tools. This requires a research and data-informed focus on HR strategy, performance, succession, and talent enablement to drive accountability, continuous feedback, and alignment with organizational goals for an engaged workforce.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, plus at least 7 years of relevant experience
  • Shown ability to champion employee engagement and build strategies that connect leaders to continuous improvement
  • Demonstrated sound analytical ability, good judgment, and strategic planning skills
  • Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism around sensitive information
  • Professional proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of talent management programs and projects that align with organizational objectives, with a strong focus on performance, leadership development, employee engagement, succession planning, and career progression.
  • Develop and monitor strategies to attract, retain, and nurture high-potential talent, creating a sustainable succession pipeline for critical roles and future leaders.
  • Implement performance management systems and succession planning programs that ensure consistent development, feedback, and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Build talent enablement initiatives in partnership with the Learning & Development team and HR Business Partners to enhance leadership skill capabilities and program adoption across the organization, including creating initiatives to identify and support high-potential candidates, foster career development, and cultivate future leaders.
  • Lead initiatives to improve organizational performance by optimizing business processes, enhancing collaboration, and ensuring strategic alignment between talent management and organizational goals.
  • Drive the design and implementation of strategies to enhance organizational structure, processes, and practices that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess team dynamics, organizational workflows, and overall business needs, designing solutions that enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Champion the organization's adaptation to changing work environments (hybrid/remote work), using data-driven approaches to optimize workforce planning and development.
  • Lead change management and transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful adoption of tools and practices designed to enhance the organizational culture and improve overall performance.
